Leather Goods: Lifetime Warranty
We’re proud of our leather goods, and we believe you’ll love them as much as we do. We believe in our craftsmanship, materials, and designs so strongly that we warranty them against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the customer. Lovati Leather prides itself in using only the highest quality Ethiopian leather, internationally esteemed for its natural characteristics. The process by which we hand select and finish our leather allows the coloration and patina of our products to improve over time and with use. Since leather is a natural material, each product can have its own unique characteristics and as such can have slight colour, texture, and grain variations.
This warranty applies to materials and workmanship under responsible use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect. This warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials or wear and tear. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.


We are happy to provide returns and exchanges on any unused, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products that show signs of wear are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. Please fill out all necessary information on the Returns & Exchanges form in your shipment and mail your product back to:

Lenmore Trading & its brand Lovati Leather does not assume responsibility for the cost of return or exchange shipping, or in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. If your product needs to be repaired or you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us for assistance.


If you choose to return a product, we will refund you for the total amount paid, excluding original shipping costs. Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you choose to receive store credit, you will be emailed a gift card for the full amount paid, excluding shipping.


Please follow the process listed above, and note that if a product is marked as Sold Out on our website, it is not eligible as a replacement item. Please allow 3-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to send a replacement product back to you.
