Where do we ship to?

We do our best to ship to anywhere in the world where normal postal service and/or courier service exists.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping using normal postal services is free.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

How long will delivery take?

Outside Europe, webshop orders are sent with courier (usually FedEx or DHL) from our warehouse in Falmouth, Cornwall. Deliveries takes 2-5 business days, although it can be shorter. We’ll send you a tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

For orders going to Europe, our free shipping option uses postal mail. During checkout, customers have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service with courier (usually DHL) for $20. Deliveries take 3-5 days with courier, and 7-14 days with postal. We’ll send you a tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

What if I refuse delivery?

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

What’s your return policy?

If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return full-price Lovati items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded or pre-ordered items sold at a discount. We also do not offer returns on products marked “final sale”.
